Analisis Ergonomi Menggunakan Nordic Body Map dan Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment pada Operator Tenun Troso

Pekerjaan tenun memiliki beberapa potensi bahaya pada proses pekerjaan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, salah satunya adalah bahaya ergonomi. Secara spesifik aspek ergonomi perlu menjadi perhatian yang serius untuk menunjang keberlangsungan pekerjaan pekerjan tenun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi postur kerja tubuh dengan menggunakan metode NBM dan metode WERA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Instrumen wawancara dan checklist NBM diberikan kepada para operator tenun. Hasil pengisian kuesioner NBM menunjukkan bahwa pada aktivitas menenun dengan mendorong alat yang dirancang secara tradisional adalah kegiatan yang memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan pendekatan WERA. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, operator tenun tersebut telah bekerja dengan lama kerja diatas 10 tahun dengan usia saat ini yaitu 40 tahun dan waktu kerja lebih dari 8 jam dengan 1 jam istirahat perhari nya. Sehingga dampak dan risiko keluhan kesehatan yang diterima seperti keluhan tertinggi adalah sakit/nyeri pada lengan dan punggung. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu rekomendasi perbaikan lebih lanjut.
