Identifikasi Bahaya Ergonomi di Lingkungan Perkantoran : Studi Kasus pada Pekerja Administrasi
Abstract
Administrasi sangat penting untuk suatu organisasi diberbagai sektor, untuk pekerjaan ini tentu banyak menggunakan alat seperti Komputer. Pekerjaan ini menghabiskan hampir seluruh waktunya dalam posisi duduk di depan komputer. Posisi duduk dalam jangka waktu yang lama dapat menyebabkan beberapa masalah pada kesehatan pekerja, diantaranya musculoskeletal disorders. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai risiko ergonomi apakah masih dalam level yang aman atau harus dilakukan perbaikan segera mungkin. Metode Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA), pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pembagian lembar check list pada 6 responden dibagian administrasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa risiko ergonomi dibagian administrasi mendapatkan hasil risiko yang tinggi (high risk) dengan nilai sekitar 5-7. Risiko ergonomi yang tinggi dibagian administrasi diharuskan untuk segera melakukan upaya perbaikan serta penyesuaian tempat kerja untuk menjaga keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja.
